We are finally back

We're back! Starting Tuesday, April 21, 2020, the woks will be swinging and the pots will be steaming again at HA TIEN! 🔥
Your many kind messages over the past few days and weeks have given us so much strength, motivation, and joy, so we've decided to reopen our doors and resume operations on April 21, 2020, at 5 p.m. Because we want to do our part to contain the coronavirus, given the current situation, we will be offering takeout only. Over the past few weeks, we've developed a concept to ensure we can adhere to and implement all protective measures for fast, contactless service. 💪
Our takeaway dishes are sold exclusively through our window. Orders can be placed either by phone (0941 53888) or in person. At the same time, we are working hard to set up an online ordering system with pickup, and we will inform you about this as soon as possible. We ask that you maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters when ordering or picking up and queue individually. Cashless payment (credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) will also be available soon, starting at €20. ☎️
We also strive to make our packaging as environmentally friendly and recyclable as possible. Our employees are wearing face masks and gloves, and we ask that you please wear them when you visit us, if possible, so we can reduce the risk of infection for our employees as much as possible. The past few weeks have been turbulent and marked by numerous restrictions and measures. Everyday life has largely come to a standstill, and HA TIEN, too, has unfortunately had to temporarily close its doors. Our thoughts have been and continue to be with all those affected by the coronavirus. At the same time, we have been wondering what will happen to HA TIEN, and thanks to your support and encouraging messages, we have been able to initiate some new projects in the past few weeks.
So we've redesigned our website and added an online shop. In these times of staying at home, we don't want to deprive you of our delicious pastes and sauces, and we'd like to offer you a new variety for your home kitchen starting next week. As soon as logistics and production planning are finalized, you can order fiery pastes and spicy sauces in our online shop and turn every meal into a feast. As soon as the time is right, we'll of course let you know immediately via our social media channels! 🤩
And so the wait isn't so long – stop by HA TIEN and bring our cuisine home with you! We're here for you from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)! You can find all our takeaway dishes on our in-store menu and, of course, online: www.hatien-regensburg.de. We're full of anticipation and can hardly wait until we get going again! 🥰
